Terms & Policies

 

RESERVATION AND PAYMENTS:

  • Pre-booking is required.

  • All payments and deposits are non-refundable.

  • We ask that all retreat /immersion payments are complete prior to service/stay.

  • Gratuities are welcomed before or after service.

  • Some sessions, services and stays can be transferred to other approved guests to avoid cancellation fees…. Please discuss directly.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • 24hrs is required on all cancellations of personal sessions.

  • 48 hours is required on all dates changes for immersions. Additional fees may apply.

  • Full payment is required without notice of cancellation.

LATE ARRIVALS:

  • We know things happen. Pls contact us should you be running late.

  • Unless otherwise agreed upon, all scheduled appointments are held for the first 15 minutes before the session is considered cancelled, and full payment will apply.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

  • BEFORE attending or participating in any event, service or consultation, we ask you to be responsible to report all medical issues, concerns or current treatments you may be undergoing, including pregnancy, previous or current mental health issues, heart conditions, asthma, allergies, mobility issues, coughs, colds, etc.

  • Radical Self Responsibility and Communication is encouraged to assist you in having a phenomenal, supportive and safe experience.

COMMUNICATION:

  • If you have any constructive feedback that can be supportive for services or experiences to be better, your feedback is welcome. Please share with us directly about your experience so we can understand and grow from the experience with you.
